WinView Installation

I have an old WinView machine that is running out at a site that I can't access due to distance. I need to install WinView on a windows 98 machine and I was told that you have to make some changes on install. I was wondering if anybody knew what this changes or modifactions are? Any help will be beneficial. Thanks
