I feel I can write some of the basic input /outputs for RLY logic, but then it gets trickier for me with all of the other available ways available.
I was starting to write the ladder logic program and got stuck after a three rungs. Geez.
Here's my sequence / thoughts.
At the main panel will be an ON/OFF PB station
It will upon
ON:
Power up Hydraulic Motor ( HM )
Verify or raise Drill Motors( DM )to the up position.
Lower Pneumatic Stops (Pneu Stps )or verify
OFF:
Lower Pneu Stps
Stop conveyor
Stop DM's
Raise DM's to up positionStop HM
At the front of the machine not depicted will be a Start /Stop pb station.
It will:
START
Start DM's
Start conveyor
STOP
Stop conveyor
Stop DM's
Raise DM's to the up position
The JAM whisker LS sill create an ALL STOP
Wood rides on conveyor until the Position LS ( POS LS ) no pun intended LOL
The POS LS now made
PN STPS raise , conveyor stops
DM's lower
Lower DM LS is made signalling drill is at the bottom.
DM's return to up position.
PN STPS lower
Conveyor starts.
The POS LS needs bypassed here right for a short time . Right?
Cycle is repeated.
