op/pc communication

Siemens OP7 to PC communication is my problem. I need 9 pin D-Sub Female to 15 Pin D-Sub Male cable Pin Assignments.

Hi, Heres the exact Pin Out of the Cable, I believe it will work without all the links in the 9 Pin side.


9 Pin Female

2 green-------------------------- pin 3 15 pin Male
3 Yellow------------------------- pin 4
5 grey-------------------------- pin 12
7----
7&8 linked together (9 pin only)
8----

9 not used

1----

4----
1,4&6 linked together
6---- 9 pin only

Cable screen to casing on both plugs

Stevo are u sure, i've found a siemens document (Equipment Manual OP7) it says:

For D-15 female
and for RS 232 (its important as u know i'll use serial communication)
Pin 3 : RxD
Pin 4 : TxD
Pin 5 : CTS
Pin 10: RTS

and the other pins are empty. But i don't know the exact truth.
So what is your configuration depending on (i don't want to be suspicious but...?)
