Hi everyone,

Im trying to write a ladder program for the logixPro 500,I want to trigger one output with two inputs, both inputs have to be set within 3 seconds of each other for the output to work.I think can get be with two timers? I know this is a simple program for most of you.But Im kind of new to this and just started back to college at 51,been out of school for 30 plus years.Any help would be great!

From the information you gave I would say to use a branch circuit to use two inputs on one out. And as far as three seconds, a single TON will work fine.

One example, I'm sure others will have a simpler solution, see attached. I only tested it quickly, it might not work under all combinations. I used 2 timers. I also included the Start PB's on rung 2 even though they are redundant, it was simpler for me to understand.
