AB Logix / CMP and MOV not working

Well, I don't see why these CMP and MOV instructions are not active. I understand the bManZeroAOut input can be misleading if it gets turned off somewhere else, but I even put a jumper across it and still got no results.
Any ideas?

Are your sure that routine has a JSR block in the main calling it out?
