ABB ACS150 Drive parameters question

Hi,

I have a guy out in the field working on an ABB ACS150 drive and having an issue. We are trying to get the drive set up for 0-10VDC analog command for 15 to 80 Hz. What is happening is that we are getting the 15 Hz at analog signals below about 20% and then the signal ramps up from there.

We have the switch on the front set to U for voltage input and parameters we think should work. Parameters we have set different from default are:
9902=1
9905=460
9906=0.8
9907=60
1105=80
1301=0
2007=15
2008=80

Any help greatly appreciated.

You have 2007 set to 15Hz, that is the setting for minimum drive speed. So as soon as you tell it to do anything, it will go to 15Hz and stay there until the proportion of your analog input range would call for it to increase beyond that.

It is doing exactly what you are telling it to do. What's the issue?

If the problem is that you want the 0-10VDC input to BEGIN ramping up at the minimum speed, you must program the analog input to be offset by that much. So that means if you want 0V to mean 15Hz, you need to program 1104 for that. You got 1105 correct, but left out that detail.
