AN-X2-AB Factory Reset to Default

I purchased a used Pro Soft AN-X2-AB Ethernet Module and wanted to know what is the process to reset the module back to factory. I assume it has an address and is why I cannot open the Web GUI, when I type in 169.254.42.84.

I have changed my PC ip address as well to match.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
