Hmm you may want to try these two resource sites:
https://faq.hmisource.com/s/article/where-are-the-passwords-located-stored-in-gp-pro-ex
https://www.pro-face.com/otasuke/qa/gp/transfer_en/trans_pass2.htm
If neither of those work because they locked out the offline mode, that's a tough one. Default password should be 1101. You can try other common place ones too like, 1001, 1110, 0111, 1111, 0000, etc. If that fails, I don't think there is an external reset or memory wipe option, you may have to call Schneider or Pro-Face. I don't see any hard resets in the AGP3500 manual either.
Maybe you would need a new CF card or to reformat it...I would think the software used GP-Pro EX would maybe have a reset method. Perhaps you could save the program if you have it, make a new file and try to download a new blank file over it to clean it. I think there may be a method for force downloaded a new blank file to wipe out an old one...may want to investigate that as well.
Here are also some great password related topics that may help:
https://www.hmisource.com/otasuke/qa/3000/control_edit03.html
https://www.hmisource.com/otasuke/files/manual/gpproex/new/refer/mergedProjects/security/security_sg_password.htm
Perhaps if you have a program copy you can force modify it or go to options and discover what the password is set to through these instructions.
