Belt Scale

Hi Everyone ! I am trying to develope a belt scale for my project. I have a load cell, wich gives a 0 - 10 V value, depending on the weight. 0 -10 V = 0 -400 kg. And a "speedometer", wich gives a 1 L impulse every 10 cm. Does anyone have done something similar, and can help me with some advice?. I use a S7 - 317-2 PN/DP CPU.

Are you aware of the band weight application solutions with the Siwarex weighing cards?

Btw. what accuracy do you require?

Yes, I am. But, unfortunately my budget is low, and i can't afford it. It doesn't have to be very accurate.
