Can we convert between languages?

Is it possible to automatically convert between IEC 61131-3 languages, for example, can a POU written using LD be viewed and edited in ST or FBD?

yes some conversions are automatic, depending on the program used.
in codesys always to IL and in many cases to ST and FBD. LD to IL and FBD. not to ST directly (manually or viavia

All ladder programs can be converted to ST (however why would you do it.
you can use these programs as function blocks in other POU.
especcialy when it is simple relay technology it is still very simple readable.
