change .pva to a lower version

i need to convert this .pva file to a version compatible with panelbuilder 32 version 3.80, looks like it was created with a newer version

I tried it looks like you can't go back
I get an error
you may be able to convert it if you opened it and modified it.

Please note what I did.
I had to change terminal firmware version in order to change it to a lower version, so please change to your existing terminal firmware revision and communication protocol.
New version is 2.6.
