What makes you say you can't connect?
Have you googled the manual and read about what the status indicators mean, including a solid red OK light?

As mention by ASF, more info is needed.
Also if you don't already have a SD in your slot, put one in and cycle the power, the fault dump will write to the card, it will be useful.
