Connected Conponent Workbench TOW Function

Hello:

I'm not sure I understand the "TOW" function fully, I'm hopping someone can explain this to me.

In the "TOWDATA" type the day on setting, I want it to be on everyday so what do I put there?

I want it to trigger "everyday at 00:01" this would be 1 minute pass midnight everyday.

Also, the TOW function only works with the Micro800 series PLC's that have built in "Real Time Clocks", is this correct???
