Danfoss flowmeter on Devicenet

I’m looking for EDS files for a Danfoss Mag Flo 6000 and a Mag Flo 3100. These units eventually transformed into Siemens units. The only Siemens EDS file I can download is the 6000, I’ve tried this and it won’t work as vendor is wrong. If someone has the Siemens mag Flo 3100 I could try that...any files or advice appreciated

I would try to contact your local Siemens Flow Instruments supplier for the EDS files.
