FactoryTalk Recipe layout changing

Hi, hope everyone is staying safe.
So I am trying to set up the RecipePlus in FactoryTalk ME.
I setup my Ingredients with 101 values for the operator to modify.
Everything looks good, until I test the recipes and when I load a recipe the recipe table mixes the order of the recipes making it confusing which ingredient does what.
I have done something similar once with 6 ingredients and had no problem.
The attached images are:
Recipe is what it looks like in the recipe setup window
Recipe_A is what I want it to look like
Recipe_B is what it randomly shows when changing recipes.

Any assistance is appreciated.
