FX-2N mitsubishi plc communicating with proface ST401, HMI

I am trying to make communication possible between the mitsubishi FX-2N and a proface HMI, ST401. all the other areas are working fine eg i can read my sensors, inputs and outputs well. the problem comes on timers. I am failing to read the correct time values on my timer et pages.if i enter say 2 sec pon the keypad, the value on the time register does not show thw same. can someone help
