I have a JH300 and the carrier freq. changes by itself. From 0-45hz, the carrier freq is about 3khz (from scope) but for some reasons the carrier freq sharply decreases to 1.5khz when @ 45hz and above. The effect of this is a decrease in motor sound pitch and I could observe the lower carrier freq on the scope also. The overall waveform looks good.

I would like to know if this is a defect or just one of the drive's feature.
