How to create Popup alarm window in Factory Talk SE local

Hello everybody,

I already have alarm and event page on my HMI Factory talk SE station.

But my customer request that whenever new alarm come out, the alarm window must popup automatically to alert the operator.

Can anyone guide me how to get it.
