InTouch 2014 Export

Trying to export a Modern application for an upgrade to Intouch 2020 but I cannot export the application from the 2014 version because the export button is greyed out, is there any solution for this?

I tried just grabbing the files and doing a standalone transfer and it will import into InTouch 2020, but I cannot open up Windowmaker.

Any ideas?
 
Not sure I'm following. You have a 2014 application and you want to convert it to 2020? Just open the 2014 app in 2020 and it will convert it for you. Sounds like maybe that was your second attempt, but windowmaker wouldn't open? Any error in a popup or in the SMC logs?
