Logix Designer Compare Tool - Error

I have this error when starting Logix Designer Compare Tool, any solution to solve this problem?
Now I have version 8.2 but I tried with old version and I have same error.

Summary
Logix Designer Compare Tool: Error loading user preference file

Problem
When opening Logix Designer Compare Tool, I get the below error message. Reinstalling the software does not help.
Error loading user preference file.

Environment

• Logix Designer Compare Tool 6.0
• Windows 7

Solution
Please uninstall Logix Designer Compare Tool using Microsoft FixIt according to the technote 473013 - Using Microsoft Fix It tool to remove a program and install it again.
