Mitsubishi A2A error with flashing run

Hi, I have here a Mitsubishi A2ACPUR21 PLC with a error

At the moment when powered on the error led is on and the run is blinking.

I've tried to establish a connection with GX with a homemade cable to the A71C24 module without success to get some detailed error info from the D9008 register) (RD led is blinking on the module when trying to connect, amusing the cable is correct)

anyone know what kind of error this is and am I able to connect for sure with a SC09 directly to the plc? to get error info?

providing the error is program or I/O then the SC09 should work fine.
