Modbus network

Hi everyone,

A quick question: How do you set up a modbus network for multiple slaves? Daisychain method??

RTU or TCP? If RTU, RS232 or RS422/485?

The most common way to set up multi-drop Modbus RTU protocol networks is "daisy chain" with RS-485 appropriate cables and termination.

Thanks for your responses! It is RS-485 Modbus RTU network but these sources clear a few things up.
