Move Doesn't Convert the Input data type, It just copies the Input and Places it in Output
EG. I once used Move Function Block to move a real Value to another when a digital input is recieved.
Basically you cant assign a Tag value to Another Tag without using Move Command.

You definitely CAN copy to an IB range, this is how input forces are done if forcing is not available for that type of PLC.

Yes..Correct..I didnt think of it..was thinking only in S7 200..
