Anyone ever use these? How sensitive are they to noise on power that feeds the unit?

Been asked to look at an install where the above RTU units lock up every now again. From what I can see, previous integrator is using same 24vDC power supply to power Moxa RTU unit and supply IO power to Asco Red Hat solenoids. I firmly believe the Moxa RTU is getting 'scrambled' with the noise dumped onto the 24VDC every time an Asco valve fires.
