Need some HSQ Technology RTU Help

I'm not very familiar with HSQ RTUs so I need some help if anyone can give it. I have an RTU that keeps cycling off to where I have to cycle the power to get it to come back up. This system is old and we are in the slow process of replacing it. I apologize for the ignorance.
