Need UltraMaster Servo Software

Hello All,

I tried getting a copy from Rockwell Automation, but they aren't being much help. I really need the UltraMaster Software to troubleshoot a 200 series drive.
Any help would be great.

fyi
the ultra master software requires an activation for use.
i would call your local rep for help, they may have a laptop you can use with the software installed.

Trying local AB rep

Thanks for replying James. What type of activation did it require? I tried local AB Rep. He said it was discontinued in 2014. It was a free download from Rockwell Software till 2015. Then they moved it to the license key download section. He is trying to find away to get me a copy but it isn't looking good.

I think Ultraware was purchased software and cheap, but there was no real copy protection. IIRC, Ultra Master was free and there are many older threads on the forum where it is discussed like this one:

I would exercise a great deal of caution clicking any of the links in that thread with unusual URLs.

Hoping someone has copy they could give to me

Thanks OkiePC for confirming it was free. I looked in that thread and in other threads for links to download. It seems they have all expired. Hoping someone out there still has a copy of it in a desk drawer somewhere.
