We have an OB80 error B#16#01 Cycle time exceeded , on a cpu 315 .
What could be the solution ?

Open the Module Information (same place where the Diagnostic Buffer is), and look at the B Stack, and click Open Block. This shows the exact location where the program stopped, and it may be the location that is causing you problems.

What changed to have that happen?


Were you online? Had you just downloaded new code?


What is your typical cycle time? What is your max cycle time?
