I have been doing a project where I had to use Siemens starter alot and this picture pretty much sums up my experience with it

I'm inclined to agree with Victor - I have never been impressed with the quality of Siemens starters, disconnects, or VFDs.

I think Starter is a bit quirky and not very intuitive to use. But the picture is a bit exaggerating i think.

Not at all!
Is as jurist, compilcates simple thing.
Shows as rocket sience, but, it is only speed control.
Anyhow, control scheme view is "beautiful".
