I have been told that Panelbuilder is now free to download. I have searched the rockwell site, but am unable to find it. Does anyone know if this is true and possibly know the link to the download.

Also, I own a version of panelbuilder, but need to update to a newer version. I am looking to find a way to update without additional fees. Is anyone aware of an option to do this?
