Should have said is there a way to clear the history in the alarm banner with a tag.
Same concept as above, select a tag that will write a "1" to "Clear All" button on the History screen.
Look into "Remote ACK" and such in the setup and plug in your tag there.

I'm using factory talk view studio and I don't see a clear all in the advanced tab? In my alarm set up advance tab I have
Silence
Remote silence
Remote Ack all - using this
Status reset
Close display
Remote close display

That is your Alarm page not the Alarm History Page.
Look for the Alarm History Page and it will be there.
Similar setup to the Alarm Page with the Rem buttons and Local buttons.
EDIT: Under Libraries there's an Alarm Banner page (which you have found) and an Alarm History page which is the one displaying the History and according to your last post needs to be cleared.

I'm using an alarm banner on one of my graphics and that is what I want to clear. I did not plan to set up an alarm history page.
For the Banner then you will need to use the Banner Remote buttons.
On the Remote Acknowlege All plug in a tag that will acknowledge all the pending alarms from the PLC.
Then use the Remote Close Display and plug in a PLC tag that will close your Alarm Banner display whenever it becomes active ("1").

Don't want the alarm banner to go away, I want the alarms in the banner to go away. when I config a Clear alarm history (touch screen) it works exactly as I want.

Just use the Remote acknowledge then and not the Remote Close button.
Also, you may need to use the Remote status to clear the pending alarm but that will also depend on the PLC code.
If the alarm is displayed once and latched until a "reset" is active, use the reset within your PLC code to eliminate the alarm from displaying as active on the alarm banner.
Don't use the Remote Close and your banner will still display but without an active message.
How do you setup your alarms in the PLC?

Im using some simple latching circuits to produce a first out alarms. What ever trips the unit will latch in and is displayed in the banner. The latch is cleared when the unit re-starts. I have un-ack-ed alarms flashing in my banner and will be using a PB to ack them, I want to use another PB to clear the alarms in the banner with out closing the banner.

I think you are looking into a Message display.
Keep it on top of the window all the time without closing it.
Set up so when any active bit is unacknowledged the Message display will flash. When the button is pressed and all alarms are acknowledged, set the display to show blank text (no characters).
It will still be visible but no text will be showing.
