PLC Simulator

Just a quick question.
Does the PLC Simulator work with Windows 10.

I am trying to do a simple TON. Sometime it counts and other times it doesn't.

two rungs of code input and TON on one line and on the second rung the dn bit and an output.

When turning the input on the dn bit is on as well without the timer timing.
Any clues

Perhaps an obvious one, but do you have a preset set in the timer? If your preset is, say, 10 and your timebase is 0.01, then the timer will only time for 0.1 seconds and then the .DN bit will turn on and the timer will stop accumulating. That would appear as if the .DN bit came on without ever timing.

I had the Preset at 500 and the timer base 100. I even put the preset at 5000 to see if I was missing it.
