hello,
I received a used Analog Output Module 6ES5 470-4UC12 (ES 902 design for S5-135/155)
I tried to mount it in the S5-115U PLC in Central Rack CR 700-3 in free slot number 2 (using 6ES5491-0LB11 ADAPTER CASING, F. S5-115 F. 2 MODULES).
I set module address 176 (with DIP switch), which address is not used by any other module.
Next I connected 24VDC Power supply in to the terminal 3 (L +) and 21 (L-).
I connected everything in accordance with the instructions (I use only 4...20 mA outputs) and began testing.
In Step5 I wrote the statement:
L KM 01000000 00000000
T PW 176
but the PLC is an error QVZ (no access to the I/O PY177).
---
I also tried the block FB251:
: JU FB 251
NAME: RLG:AA
XE : FW 250 ;PHYSICAL OUTPUT VALUE
BG : KF +176 ;CARD ADDRESS: 176
KNKT: KY 0,0 ;CHANNEL:0; 0=UNI-/1=BI-POLAR
OGR : KF +3041 ;UPPER PHYS. LIMIT:
UGR : KF +0 ;LOWER PHYS. LIMIT:
FEH : F 0.2 ;ERROR BIT
BU : F 0.3
PLC not stopped, but then F0.2 (BIT ERROR) = 1
-----
When I measured with ammeter, on all outputs 4... 20 mA there was 0 mA
Is the 470-4UC12 module corrupt ?????
