Red Lion PAXP 4-20mA Input Failure

Has anyone had problems with the 4-20mA input failing on the Red Lion PAXP Process Meters?

I am sending 2 out for repair tomorrow.

I am not aware of any failure status.
You may remove the wires from terminals #4 and #5
Retighten screws and measure across terminals with an ohm meter.
Should read 20 ohm

yes - I have had it a few times in different setups - never found the cause.
