I recently download. (RSView32 Version 7.50 CPR 9)
While installing this following error occurred, please help me sir.

Sounds a bit iffy to me, it might be this has some code to try & get you to delete your program files directly & screw your PC, be aware, if this was free (pirated copy).

That’s how I was taking it. So you download from Rockwell’s website? Or you got it from a torrent?

RSView32 will not work in Windows 7 64-bit.

I think only V7.60 will work in Windows 7 32-bit or earlier.

For V7.50, I recommend only Windows XP.

The legitimate dealer that you buy it from can show you where to download it.

do not do as instructed.
i agree that this will really corrupt your hard drive.
you erase the files, then rename the folder.
when you reboot, who knows what the program in the system will do.
