I am unable to view RSwho on the free version of RSlinx V3.90. The message I get is, "failed to show RSWho. Cant access file: C:\ProgramFiles(X86)\RockwellSoftware\RSCommon\Harmony.rsh". I have tried deleting the Harmony file from rscommon, uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times, etc. When I deleted the Harmony file and tried to open it, it said, "Failed to show RSWho. There are some unknown reasons, such as: Out of memory. No enough disk space...etc." When I reinstalled RSLinx and tried running it with administrator, I received no notifications. RSWho just wouldnt work. This is a newly purchased computer (Lenovo W530) with 24gb ram and a 500gb SSD. I have windows 10 pro but im sure its an upgrade. If anyone could help that be awesome!!
