RTAC DNP3 receiving multi messages

I have pi osisoft DNP3 icu communicating with a SEL RTAC. I am receiving multiple messages from the rtac on each register. With analog tags configured with object 30 and variation 1 or 3 when the value goes above 32767 in the rtac the pi data archive shows the correct value and then a value with 32767 with a flag of questionable with values under 32767 there is no issues. This also happens with obj30 and var 5 i see two messages one with a decimal and one with out.
