I am just getting started with S7-200 and I am having trouble with the VW data blocks. I am trying to setup a buffer bit trend into WinCC Flexible. I have done this many time with WinAC (300/400) I would setup a DB with an array of ints. The problem is I don't know how to do an array on S7-200. So I have in Flexible the trend buffer starting at VW1000 and I have an array of 360. Then in the 200 I have VM1000 3,3,3,3,3,3 etc for 360. Is this not the way I should do it? It seems to work fine up to 25 then Flexible gives me an overflow alarm. I have not had much luck finding out what the overflow alarm is but I think its telling me that I am writing to a memory location that is not on the plc.
