Schneider Zelio SR2

Hello everyone,

I currently trying to get a Schneider Zelio SR2 B121BD programmable relay to communicate with ZelioSoft 2 v5.2.0.0.

The PLR was given to me by a friend of a friend and is password protected. I must clear the existing logic through the Zelio Soft.

I´ve managed to setup comms through the programming port via a Moxa uPort rs232 to USB converter.

I run the communication test and it passes, however when trying to clear or transfer from module to PC I get a "Unknown Module Model" error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has become the vein of my existence.

Why do you need a RS232 converter?

Zelio is programmed using a USB cable.

According to the manual there are three ways of connecting, serial cable, usb or bluetooth.

I managed to find the pinout for serial and that´s what I´m using.

Am I missing something?

I had problems using older version programming cables on Win 10 and newer version on Windows 7.
