Will this card double as an Allen Bradley PCMK card ?
If not I'm going to sell it. It has never been used
and in the original box.

If the reason that you have the PCMK card is to stop dust from entering your laptop via the PCMCIA slot, then yes the Siemens CP5511 card can double the AB PCMK card.
Or if it to impress your colleagues with collection of PLC hardware, then it is also good.
But apart from that, no.

With Simatic Net, it can also be used for making an OPC Server connection which can be used by a SCADA for example.
