VFD as soft starter

Your problem is under voltage, put VFD for all?
Save 65A of total current and CosPhi almost 1.
Soft start and -stop properties!
Safe Torque Off property if needed, not need Contactors.

Star/Delta start the first 8 and then Soft Start the last 2. I know that Star/Delta seems very old news but it has been used effectively for years. It was one of the first Soft Start systems used.
