While installing V21.03 on Computer getting Fatal Error of 0xc0000005(-1073741819)

Hi all,
I am getting a Fatal Error of 0xc0000005(-1073741819) While installing V21.03 on Computer(please refer to the attachment )
please help

It says unrecognized O/S. What version of Windows are you using? Is there a reason you are using 21.03? It has some serious limitations that earlier revs of v21 do not have.

Yes there is a compatibility issue between minor revisions of v21 if that's what you mean. Seems unlikely to be the source of this particular problem.

I agree that this is not the issue the OP is having. I just suggested using a different revision if that is an option.

And at risk of going off topic, the concerns were specifically with 20.03 and 21.03 and their different behavior with handling minor revisions. No other versions or revisions, earlier or later were affected.

Ran into this one a few times.

Try running the application directly from the source folder in administrator mode.

Should be able to be selected here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\Studio 5000\Logix Designer\ENU\v21\Bin\LogixDesigner.Exe

Right click - "Run as administrator"

You'll be good to go...

Then, like OG says, drop down to V21.00
