WinCC Flex 2008 Objects not selectable

I am having an issue with objects not functioning properly in runtime. For example, I have numerous numeric inputs on a screen and all of the tags and addresses are correct. When I try to use the app in runtime, some of the numeric entries will work and others will not. I then went back in to my application and just cut and pasted one of my indicators. When I went back into runtime, THAT one all of a sudden worked and others that DID previously work did not. Anyone seen this before???
