Run Time Alarm Messages

Dear
I am trying to delete the runtime alarm & event messages, but its still coming even after i reset them from the Alarm login Archive and Tag Login. My objective is to energies my station with all the Previous runtime alarm are gone.

Please advise

Do you have redundancy?
Is it with PCS7?
Separate ES?
