I have a problem with a project I'm currently doing with my 550 panel view when I want to download tell me I need the verification of the program I get a message of prevention....

Can you give us the complete message, some are just warnings and other are errors.
If just a warning you can still download.

Or maybe a screen shot or post the program. Zip it first.

You need to describe your problem better.
What error messages are you getting?

You can make Panelbuilder verify your program without having to go through the download process. Actually, it is best to verify it and fix errors before you try to download it to the PV terminal.

Tag "TEMPPV2" does not exits in the database. You must create the tag in the tag editor.

Tag "TEMPPV1" does not have an address assigned to it. Look in the tag editor and assign it an address.

In this project I want went some motor is turned off or switch does not close or open, show a message that tells me what happened ...

But I don't know do it...

Your PLC will have to have motor status running/off. It will also have to have "switch" status open/close. Does it?

The PLC will have to know when the motor should to be running, same with the switch it has to know what position the switch should be in.

Then you can alarm when they are not.

My project is an oven ....

which has the following:

I want use a plc slc 5/03 and panel view 550 for this project.

a main drive motor with vfd,
3 air circulation blower with a safety switch open each
a blower no.4 optional on/off
an exhaust blower with open safety switch,
a high gas switch closed
a low gas switch open,
blower burner 1 and 2,
two modules eclipse to turn the burners 1 and 2,
actuator 1 and actuator 2 of 4-20ma,
a motor with a switch breaker closed,
a motor with vfd for ac system,
a ext-blower motor,
a brush motor,
a motor with vfd roller,
a motor with vfd small belt,
a motor with vfd of sperder.

I am not going to write code for you, but I and forum members will help or make suggestions after you have made an attempt to do it yourself.

So go ahead and post your code. zip it first.

See picture below for a typical fail to start alarm.

Note if the pump fails to start within 25 sec (your system will dictate how long to wait)the alarm bit will become true. Your HMI would use this bit to alarm or create a message.
