Pnaelview 550 and 600 communication

Hi guys. I really need some help.
I have both: PV 550 (DH485) and PV600 (RIO).
Well, cant communicate with them with SLC 503 CPU. Tried SLC504, same.
Than I tried Compact Flash card. No luck.
I do something wrong and dont know what.
Lets focus on CF card. 2GB, fomated to FAT (FAT16).
When I insert, both says not formated. So, fomat.
Save on memory card. PV600 gives me: File too large.
PV550 fomat, error. I dont know what else I could do...
