Hi,

I am trying to determine a few things in a S7-200 PLC to find an intermittent fault.

With the chart / trend it appears that it is not quick enough to accurately capture all occurrences of a sensor switching on and off. Is there any tricks to getting the trend to capture this info faster.

And is it possible to trend an interrupt event. I would like to compare event 32 to an output coming on to make sure they are operating together.

Thanks.

I would use a latch (set) instruction to see if something came on. This is basically a trap which can be removed after troubleshooting.

Hope this helps,
