RS Logix 500 & 5000

I had Install RS Logix 500 (win98) and RS Logix 5000
(win2000) with legal activation files.
Because of my computer get virus, so I install norton
AntiVirus and then I scanning. but after that I loose
my activation files (EVRSI.SYS; ICOM.SYS; EVICOM.SYS
and 386swap.PAR) at both of operating System.
I try to recovery lost files with GetDataBack
software's but I can't find Them.

What kind's software to get these files again??
