Upgrading a Direct Logix 300 plc cabinet.
Haven't picked out the new plc yet. Leaning towards wago.
Any way to use existing Direct Logix cards?

I'm sure you mean the DirectLogic 305 series PLC:

You cannot reuse the I/O with another PLC. The Siemens S7-1200 PLC is not a bad alternative to consider.

Of course, Paper weights. Use them to hold the drawings in place at the bottom of the panels
