I checked google and few forums and come across this:

Scanned with AVG and and avast, no threats found. It was also discussed on Siemens forums. To be safe, run a virus scan yourself and then install it on a virtual machine.

Hi chandrapaul,
you make new or open old project in Microwin then Export this project from microwin. Afer that you open this project in Simulator.Without Export Project i think you will not start project in simulator.
