Dear Friends
I needs your help , I urgently needs to downloaded BESCOMS software for Basler Excitation controller DECS-250,300,400 but I couldn't get basler admin approval for my account so they dont allow me to download those software
How I can get this software
did the Basler buy it separated

Ask your machine vendor, and also accurately fill in the application form.

Oh! For me, approval took... 9 days. Yep, my genset sat there for 9 days waiting for some protection settings.
